Open Positions

Installers

We are currently looking for carpenters and lead carpenters/crew chiefs for a wide range of remodeling jobs.

Decks, Framing Additions, Basements and General Construction
Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Finish Carpenters
Sunrooms, Pergolas, Patio Covers
Windows, Siding, Doors

Crew chiefs have a lot of autonomy provided their quality and work ethics are sound. We train our team to do it right and do not micromanage. Crew chiefs receive their own truck and trailer with a gas card.

Requirements

Driver’s license
Good communication skills are needed to talk with homeowners
Applicants must have their own hand and power tools
Must be self-motivated—as we mentioned, we don’t micro-manage
Pay is based on knowledge and ability, with room for advancement
