Our company has been in business since 1986, and we work year-round with little to no layoffs. Most of our installation staff have been with us for 5, 10, and 15+ years. We offer flexible scheduling because we know family and children’s activities are important for achieving a healthy work/life balance.
Above all, we value quality. Our mission is to provide a better quality product than you can find in the big box stores, and then install it using employee labor. We’re one of the few home remodeling companies with an in-house service department, which allows us to provide exceptional service and stand behind our work.
We’re looking for employees who have the skills to install products the right way. We want people who enjoy what they do and love working with homeowners to bring their dream home remodeling projects to life. We promote from within based on skill and drive, not duration of employment.

We are currently looking for carpenters and lead carpenters/crew chiefs for a wide range of remodeling jobs.
Crew chiefs have a lot of autonomy provided their quality and work ethics are sound. We train our team to do it right and do not micromanage. Crew chiefs receive their own truck and trailer with a gas card.
