This Sweepstake is open to IOWA RESIDENTS ONLY and within our service area.
- To enter, complete this entry form. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to us at, HOME TOWN RESTYLING, 1205 North Center Point Road, Hiawatha, Iowa 52233. Winner will be notified via phone AND email or text message.
- Grand Entrants will be eligible to win a $5,000 Gift Certificate toward a home improvement project, excluding counter tops, flooring, plumbing and electrical. Unused value of prize has no cash value. Prize cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- Winner will be selected in a random drawing among all entries received. Sweepstakes open to homeowners within HOME TOWN RESTYLING’s exclusive territory only. One entry per household. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.
- A drawing for a grand prize gift certificate of $5,000 toward a home improvement project will occur on the following dates: April 30, , August 31, and December 31, . You need only enter one time to be entered into all three drawings. Entry is valid for that calendar year only. Winner will be contacted by phone and/or email.
- Winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize before a new winner is selected. Prize expires 12 months from the date of drawing. Contest ends December 31, and new entries will be required for Sweepstakes held in subsequent years.
- Prizes must be installed on homeowner’s address/property.
- Sponsor and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.
- Grand prize amount of $5,000 will be taken off the MSRP. In the event that the winner has purchased a HOME TOWN RESTYLING product within the calendar year, that winner will receive a check or gift certificate from HOME TOWN RESTYLING for $5,000.
- Official Sweepstakes Winner will be announced on our website and Facebook page following official notification and photo.
- Sweepstakes only open to home owners in the state of Iowa, 18 years or older, excluding HOME TOWN RESTYLING employees or family of HOME TOWN RESTYLING employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and is subject to all federal, states, and local laws.
- By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize HOME TOWN RESTYLING employees or representatives to contact you via via telephone, text, or email to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.
- By accepting one of the above mentioned prizes, you grant HOME TOWN RESTYLING permission to use your image or likeness for publicity or promotion without further compensation. Winners need to come to HOME TOWN RESTYLING showroom to pick up prize and get their photograph taken with certificate.
