GuildQuality is an independent customer satisfaction survey company and has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to recognize service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home improvement service professions.
We were chosen as one of over 300 North American builders, remodelers, developers, and contractors recognized by GuildQuality for their outstanding delivery of customer care.
How did we do it? Over the past few months, GuildQuality has reviewed numerous survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. The independent survey company measures two primary metrics for each candidate when granting these awards: the percentage of customers who would recommend the contractor to someone else and the percentage of customers who responded. We are proud to report that Home Town Restyling achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from the customers surveyed by GuildQuality.
